EnviroFinance Group, LLC Promotes Cameron Bertron To Senior Vice President - Development Management

DENVER, Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EnviroFinance Group, LLC (EFG) announced today that Cameron Bertron has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Development Services. Mr. Bertron manages the real estate and financing components of brownfield and infill projects for EFG, with a specific focus on public finance issues. With more than a decade of public and private sector real estate experience, he brings a hands-on understanding of how successful public–private partnerships are structured and financed.

Mr. Bertron is currently serving as project manager for EFG's South Sloan's Lake project, which is redeveloping the former St. Anthony hospital site in Denver.  He is leading EFG's efforts to finalize and receive approval from the City of Denver for the project's General Development Plan.  He is also working with outside financial and legal experts to create the Sloan's Lake Metropolitan District, which will finance and manage installation of utilities and other public site improvements needed to support development of the property.

Prior to joining EFG, Mr. Bertron was a Redevelopment Manager for the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, where he helped facilitate and finance infill development projects ranging from adaptive reuse of historic structures to repurposing major facilities into entirely new neighborhoods.
