Entrepreneur And CultureIQ Invite Businesses To Apply To 2016 Top Company Cultures List
IRVINE, Calif., April 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second year in a row, Entrepreneur.com, the most widely used website by business owners and entrepreneurs, has partnered with culture management platform CultureIQ® to develop their Top Company Cultures list. This groundbreaking list celebrates high-performance cultures that encourage employees to take their careers to the next level, foster innovation, surpass expectations and get results.
In its inaugural year, Vanderbloemen Search Group, Bounce Exchange, and Elite SEM topped the small, medium and large company lists, respectively. Now Entrepreneur and CultureIQ are inviting eligible companies of all sizes to throw their hats in the ring to see if their cultures can earn bragging rights in 2016.
Participating companies have the opportunity to gain recognition with placement on the list, which will be published on Entrepreneur.com. Companies featured will also be considered for additional coverage on the leading business site to impart core insights and practices to its millions of online readers.
To be considered for the ranking, a company must have at least 25 employees, have been founded before January 1, 2015 and be headquartered in the U.S. There is no cost to participate and every company will receive a complimentary overview report with scores for the 10 qualities of high-performance cultures and its overall CultureIQ score. Participants may also choose to upgrade to receive more detailed survey results.
"To be recognized as a company with a stand-out culture is one of the best branding assets in business today," says Dan Bova, editorial director of Entrepreneur.com. "Entrepreneurs who are interested in recognizing what their teams have worked hard to build, not to mention learn from employee feedback, should consider participating. It's a real opportunity for them to optimize their companies and become better leaders."
"Last year's list provided an opportunity to learn from a great diversity of companies, from small, dynamic businesses to some of the biggest names in various industries," says CultureIQ founder and CEO Greg Besner. "We are excited to see what this year brings."

Application Process:
Participating companies must have one representative register as the company administrator to apply and configure the CultureIQ employee survey. The survey, which includes 21 short, multiple-choice questions, will then be distributed via email to employees. Individual employee responses will be anonymous.
