LOS ANGELES, Dec. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), a diversified media company serving Latino audiences and communities, today announced that its super-station Jose FM, which is a simulcast of KLYY Jose 97.5 FM, KDLD 103.1 FM and KDLE 103.1 FM, is the #2 ranked Spanish-language radio station in Los Angeles in Prime Time (Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) among Latino Adults 18-49 and 25-54, according to the combined September, October and November 2014 ratings reports released by Nielsen Audio.
Entravision's Jose FM's ratings triumph is driven by its wildly popular drive time programming and one-of-a-kind on-air personalities. In Afternoon Drive Time (Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), Jose FM's El Show de Erazno y La Chokolata program dominates the time slot. El Show de Erazno y La Chokolata is number one in three key Latino demographics, leading all other Spanish-language Afternoon Drive programs among Latino Adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. In November, the program was also #2 among all Adults 25-54 in the Los Angeles market, regardless of language. Jose FM's other top program, El Genio Lucas, is second place among Spanish-language programs in Morning Drive Time (Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) with Latino Adults 25-54.
