Entravision Communications Corporation's Board Of Directors Increases Dividend
-Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.03125 Per Share-
-Announces Partial Debt Payment-
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), a diversified media company serving Latino audiences and communities, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of $0.03125 per share of the company's Class A, Class B and Class U common stock, representing an increase from the company's prior dividend to shareholders of $0.025 per share and an annualized dividend of $0.125 per share. The quarterly dividend, in an aggregate amount of approximately $2.8 million, will be payable on December 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2015, and the common stock will trade ex-dividend on December 11, 2015. As previously announced, the company currently anticipates that future cash dividends will be paid on a quarterly basis. Any decision to pay future cash dividends will be subject to further approval by the Board.
Entravision also announced its intention to prepay $20 million of term loans under the company's senior secured term loan credit facility entered into on May 31, 2013. Entravision currently anticipates funding this prepayment by using cash on hand. Following the prepayment, approximately $317 million will remain outstanding under the company's term loan credit facility.
