ST. LOUIS, Feb. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, today announced it has acquired the Triangle Rent A Car business, based in Raleigh, N.C. The purchase includes the Triangle brand, locations, websites and a majority of its fleet, including its van and truck rental business.
Triangle Rent A Car's 29 branch offices located across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia will immediately transition to one of the Enterprise Holdings' brand locations.
"Triangle Rent A Car's reputation for taking excellent care of its customers closely aligns with Enterprise's commitment to superior customer service," said Brice Adamson, senior vice president at Enterprise Holdings. "This acquisition is an opportunity to provide even better service to our customers in the Southeast, where the demand for reliable, cost-effective transportation solutions continues to grow."
