In his new role, Todd will oversee the company's legal matters including buy-side, sell-side and corporate contracting, financings, M&A, intellectual property rights (IPR) and data privacy. In addition, he will own corporate governance and ensure the company continues to embrace and implement best-in-class, enterprise-wide compliance.
