Enterprise Community Partners Welcomes New Board of Trustee Members
COLUMBIA, Md., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise), a national leader in the affordable housing and community development industry, today announced the selection of three new members to its board of trustees. They are Gregory Baer with Bank of America, Alicia K. Glen with Goldman Sachs Bank USA and Donna M. Milrod with Deutsche Bank Americas.
The new trustees bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from the world of finance and community development and will work with fellow board members to advise Enterprise as it implements its strategic plan. A mission-driven organization, Enterprise is guided by the commitment and creative thinking of its board of trustees.

Mr. Baer is the deputy general counsel for corporate law at Bank of America. He represents the bank on enterprise-wide regulatory issues; public reporting; corporate funding; human resources and private equity activities. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Baer was a partner at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr and formerly co-head of its financial institutions group. Mr. Baer is a published author and served at the Department of Treasury as assistant secretary for financial institutions.
Ms. Glen is head of The Urban Investment Group at Goldman Sachs Bank USA and is responsible for implementing the firm's Community Reinvestment Act business strategy. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Glen was the assistant commissioner for housing finance at the New York City Department of Housing, Preservation and Development. A 2010 David Rockefeller Fellow, Ms. Glen also serves on the boards of the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the Citizens Budget Commission and the Bowery Residents Committee.
Ms. Milrod is the managing director and head of the regional oversight and strategy group of Deutsche Bank Americas, which is comprised of corporate governance, the independent control office, bank regulatory relations and the Americas business and client strategy group. Ms. Milrod serves on the Smith College Advancement Committee, and is on the board of the Governors Island Alliance and the Youth About Business N.Y. advisory board. She is also a 2009 David Rockefeller Alumni Fellow.
