Enterasys Networks Provides Customers and Prospects with "How To" Videos
New Video Series Provides Thought Leadership Platform; Decreases Support Costs for Customers
ANDOVER, Mass., Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterasys Networks, a Siemens Enterprise Communications Company, today announced the availability of a new series of "how to" videos designed to help its customers solve common problems and utilize its products more effectively. Located on the Enterasys OneFabric YouTube site and the Enterasys support page, Enterasys developed the videos to provide a unique resource for customers and prospects to streamline their networking environment in both Enterasys-specific and multi-vendor environments, and to demonstrate its vast knowledge in the networking space. The how-to videos represent a new model for Enterasys' support organization to help meet customer needs and have the potential to reduce support costs.
"With more than 60 videos now available created to help our customers streamline their current network environment, we are excited to give our customers a valuable tool to help decrease support costs by answering common customer questions in a clear and effective way," said Vala Afshar, chief customer and marketing officer at Enterasys Networks. Enterasys is taking suggestions from customers for new topics. Customers can submit an idea on the support page, or through Twitter (hashtag #enterasyshowto). Enterasys will also be hosting the videos on specific product pages.
