NEW YORK, Oct. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey's 10-year capital plan has been approved at $27.6 billion for 2014 to 2023, and its 2014 budget authorizes $2.9 billion in operating expenses and $4.4 billion in capital investments.  To assist the region's construction industry professionals in doing business with The Port Authority, McGraw Hill Construction's ENR New York (http://newyork.construction.com/) will host its new event, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Conference, on October 31, 2014 at McGraw Hill Headquarters, 1221 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.
