Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. Announces New Board Member
HOUSTON, Dec. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EOR; OTCQX: EORIF) ("EOR") is pleased to announce that Mark Strawn has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Strawn brings nearly forty years of E&P and Field Development experience to the Company. Mr. Strawn commenced his energy career in 1975 with Exxon and was part of a team that assembled 700,000 acres in South Texas. He is currently the managing partner of Tyler Rockies Exploration, Ltd., a privately held entity with operated assets in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Mr. Strawn resides with his family in Tyler, Texas and is an active member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association and the East Texas Association of Petroleum Landmen.
Mr. Strawn replaces Wade Stubbenfield who has resigned form the board in order to focus more attention on other business ventures. The Company appreciates the years of time and effort Mr. Stubblefield has dedicated and wishes him great success ahead.
