Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. Announces Board Appointment
HOUSTON, Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Enhanced Oil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EOR; OTCQX: EORIF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Konstantino Ghertsos to its Board of Directors.
Dr. Ghertsos is a managing director with Promethium Partners GmbH, a Swiss financial services and banking advisory firm specializing in the commodities trading business. Dr. Ghertsos began his career in Samsung's oil division (Samsung Petroleum) following which he served at Mabanaft Ltd. and Hess Trading, building his knowledge of global oil trading. More recently Dr. Ghertsos served as Director of Supply for Inver Energy Ltd. In Ireland and Senior Trader at MRI Trading in Switzerland.
Dr. Ghertsos holds a BSc in Oceanography and Marine Biology from the University of Southampton, a Matrisse (Master's Degree) in Marine Ecology from the University of Paris VI (Pierre and Marie Curie), and a PhD in Oceanography and a DEA (Master of Advance Studies) in Data Analysis & Computer Modelling from the University of Lille I (Sciences et techniques de Lille).
The Company also announces the resignations of Rod Eson and Ed Parker from its Board of Directors. The Company thanks Messrs. Eson and Parker for their service and wish them well in their future endeavors.
