TAMPA BAY, Fla., Oct. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enhanced Capital Partners would like to congratulate Metropolitan Ministries' Miracle Place for winning a national community development award. The campus committed to supporting the needs of the local homeless population was recognized as one of two winners of the award for operating business of the year at the Novogradac & Company annual community development awards program.
