ENERSIS Announced Today the Filing of the 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F
SANTIAGO, Chile, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ENERSIS S.A. (NYSE: ENI) announced that its 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 11, 2010.
Enersis is an electric utility company engaged, through our subsidiaries and affiliates, in the generation and distribution of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, and in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Brazil.
We have over 12.9 million customers on a consolidated basis, and through Endesa Chile and Endesa Brasil, we have 14,851 MW of installed capacity with 56 plants in the five countries where we operate. Our consolidated assets and operating revenues were Ch$ 13,210 billion and Ch$ 6,450 billion respectively, in 2009.
