Enerlabs Signs Agreement to Acquire 3rd Company

OKLAHOMA CITY, May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerlabs, Inc. (OTC pink: ENLB) is pleased to announce the execution of a purchase agreement to acquire Zalco Laboratories (Zalco), a California company.  Subject to financing, Zalco will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Enerlabs.

For over 30 years, Zalco has an established reputation in providing accurate, timely and cost effective testing services for petroleum, power, agricultural and governmental clients:

• The company has a state certified, ELAP accredited analytical laboratory capable of producing quality environmental tests for large volumes and complex samples. 
• During 2014, the company established a well testing affiliate to provide on-site production and fluid level testing for petroleum clients.
