Energy Water Solutions Engages Lazard as Financing Advisor

HOUSTON, Oct. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Water Solutions ("EWS"), a company focused on providing communities with clean water using its proprietary treatment and transformation technology today announced that it has engaged Lazard for financing advice.

Lazard will advise EWS on financing regarding its plans to build forty owned and operated water transformation plants in North America and may advise EWS on the potential acquisition of selected incremental clean water technologies.
