Energy Services Of America Announces Dividend
HUNTINGTON, W.Va., June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Services of America (the "Company" or "Energy Services") (OTC QB: ESOA), parent company of C.J. Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Electric Company, announced today that the Company's board of directors declared a dividend of $0.05 per common share payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record as of June 22, 2017.
Douglas Reynolds, President, commented on the announcement. "This is the second of what we anticipate will be an annual dividend paid by Energy Services. We believe that fiscal year 2017 will be another strong year for the Company, and we want to share that success with our shareholders."
