Nicholas M. Donofrio, a senior fellow at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, is a 44-year IBM veteran. From 1997 until his retirement in October 2008, he served as executive vice president of Innovation and Technology. He currently serves as an IBM fellow, the company's highest technical honor.
Phillip G. Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of Tres Amigas and a senior fellow in Penn Future's Center for Energy, Enterprise and the Environment. Mr. Harris's experience includes the formation of PJM , the world's largest competitive wholesale electricity market which now ensures the reliability of the largest centrally dispatched grid in the world.
Robert Mitchell, Trans-Elect CEO, initiated the formation of Trans-Elect in 1999 as a pioneer in the independent transmission business. His diverse background includes serving as Chief of Staff to US Senator Mike Gravel of Alaska, being appointed by President Carter to the US Department of Agriculture, and serving in the cabinet of Michigan Governor James Blanchard.
