ATLANTA, May 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Edge Technologies Corporation (EEDG) (OTCQB: EEDG), and its subsidiaries, Energy Edge Solutions and The Gourmet Wing Company jointly announced today an exclusive agreement with CRISP Watermelon Drink, LLC for the wholesale distribution of Cu'i (pronounced "swee") a 100% all natural water melon drink throughout the United States.  EEDG now plans to create a new distribution division to sell the popular healthy beverage to health clubs, school systems, convenience stores and major retailers in all fifty-states and the District of Columbia.

Cu'i is known in health clubs and high-end restaurants as a healthy, no sugar added beverage that is refreshing and concentrated with A, C and B6 vitamins. Beside numerous restaurants and retailers, Cu'i is presently sold in the Atlanta area Whole Foods locations. The beverage contains all natural ingredients with less than 1/3 the calories and sugar of most popular sports or caffeinated beverages.
