BRIDGEWATER, N.J., March 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Edge Technologies Corporation (OTCBB: EEDG) announced today that Pepperidge Farm has hired EEDG to implement a whole facility energy efficiency project for one of its largest production plants. The project is guaranteed to reduce Pepperidge Farm's carbon footprint by 2 million pounds of CO2 annually and save the company more than $100,000 per year with an ROI of more than 45%.
