Energy Edge and Intelligent Energy Optimizers (IEO Energy) Announce New Strategic Alliance

BRIDGEWATER, N.J., Oct. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Edge Technologies Corporation (OTCBB: EEDG.OB) announced its strategic partnership with IEO Energy today.  Through its new affiliation, Energy Edge is now providing an advanced induction lighting technology called The Optieo.  IEO's induction lighting uses a proprietary design and significantly reduces energy usage and greatly decreases maintenance and disposal costs. IEO evaluates, designs, manufactures, supplies and installs the lighting systems.

Working side by side with IEO, Energy Edge will assist IEO's existing client base, as well as new IEO and Energy Edge clients, in reducing KWh, KW peak demand and rates to lower the client's electric bills.  In addition to reducing greenhouse gas emissions the two companies will provide a tangible warrantee for the calculated savings so the customer can consider the calculated savings as solid amounts for future forecasts.  Energy Edge will also be securing the project's tax deductions and utility incentives for the customer.
