NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Energtek Inc. (EGTK), a leader in hi-tech natural gas solutions and Adsorbed Natural Gas (ANG) technology, in order to better access potential markets, has formed an Advisory Board consisting of members with a strong energy background. Chairman Mr. Elieser (Moodi) Sandberg, former Minister of National Infrastructures and former Minister of Science and Technology, Israel. "Robert Catell, with his vast energy industry experience, expertise and connections, acting as chair of our Advisory Board, is a huge step forward for Energtek."
These individuals bring diverse experience and relationships which will foster the fulfillment of the Company's Business Plan. Robert B. Catell served as Chairman and CEO of KeySpan Energy Corp., which was acquired by National Grid in 2007. Mr. Catell grew the local gas business of Brooklyn Union Gas Company to a regional leader in the gas industry. KeySpan was the largest gas distribution company in the northeast United States. He currently serves on the Boards of several companies and industry associations in the energy field. Dr. Yacov A. Shamash, who also serves on the Boards of several public companies, advises several energy companies, is a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, has authored over 130 publications and has been the driving force behind the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center at Stony Brook University. Lawrence Waldman is the former Chairman of the Long Island Power Authority. With a financial background as the former Managing Partner of KPMG's Long Island Office Mr. Waldman brings financial acumen to the Advisory Board. Michael L. Faltischek, Esq., chairs the Energy Industry Practice Group of the law firm he helped found and has worked closely with various energy industry sectors.
