Presented by BeachFleischman PC and the University of Arizona's Eller Executive Education, the luncheon event aims to bolster regional job growth by providing entrepreneurs and growth-minded business leaders a forum to share their challenges and find solutions that take their business to the next level.

Featured speakers include Kerstin Block of Buffalo Exchange, Harry George of Solstice Capital, and Robert Sarver of the Phoenix Suns and Western Alliance Bancorporation. The speakers will share personal stories behind their successful enterprises and provide insight into the common challenges entrepreneurs face when scaling their business to the next level. The event also kicks-off a yearlong series of educational workshops, hosted by Eller Executive Education at McClelland Hall (1130 East Helen Street, Tucson) and will provide hands-on training for business executives in the areas of emerging business trends, legislative developments, industry updates and functional business skills.
