EndoStim Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- EndoStim, Inc., a medical device company focused on the development and commercialization of a novel neurostimulation system for the treatment of severe gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. All of the shares will be offered by the Company.
Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences is acting as sole book-running manager for the proposed offering, and Craig-Hallum Capital Group and Roth Capital Partners are operating as co-managers in the proposed offering.
