Endo to Announce Fourth Quarter 2012 Financial Results on February 28, 2013

MALVERN, Pa., Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Endo Health Solutions (Nasdaq: ENDP) will announce its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results after the close of the U.S. financial markets on February 28, 2013 and will host a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET that day to discuss these results. 

David P. Holveck, president and CEO of Endo, Julie McHugh, chief operating officer, Dr. Ivan Gergel, executive vice president of R&D, Alan Levin, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Blaine Davis, senior vice president, corporate affairs will host the call.
