Endesa Chile Announces Today the Filing of the 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F
SANTIAGO, Chile, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Endesa Chile (NYSE: EOC), announced today that its 2009 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 11, 2010.
Endesa Chile is an electric utility company engaged in the generation and sale of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. We have 13,864 MW of installed capacity with 54 plants in the four countries where we operate. Our consolidated assets and operating revenues were Ch$ 6,169 billion and Ch$ 2,419 billion respectively, in 2009.
