Endesa Chile Announces the Filing of the 2014 Annual Report on Form 20-F
SANTIAGO, Chile, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Endesa Chile (NYSE: EOC), announced today that its 2014 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30th, 2015.
Endesa Chile is an electric utility company engaged in the generation and sale of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. We have 14,715 MW of installed capacity with 188 generating units in the four countries where we operate. Our consolidated assets and operating revenues were Ch$ 7,238 billion (US$ 11.9 billion 1) and Ch$ 2,447 billion (US$ 4.0 billion 1) respectively, in 2014.
