NEW YORK, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- New York City based private jet charter company Encore Jets announced today a strategic partnership with Opolo Capital, a global real estate asset management and advisory based in Boston and Asia, to cooperatively expand private aviation operations in major Asian markets.
