BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Encompass Health Corporation (NYSE: EHC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.28 per share, payable on July 20, 2022, to holders of record on July 13, 2022. These record and payment dates were set for later in July than usual to accommodate the expected distribution date of July 1, 2022, for the previously announced spin off of the Enhabit Home Health and Hospice business.
