(OTCQB: EMSF) (the Company) today announced that the company has signed a Letter Of Intent ("LOI") to acquire Page Out – interactive platform designed to streamline the emergency response process and provides management with real time status on where and when team members are responding to emergency and dispatch. It designed to save critical time, to reduce response time for Fire Departments, EMS Agencies, SAR, Technical Rescue and any other Incident Response Teams. Both applications are available in iOS, Android or Web App formats.
