With a career spanning over 20 years, Betts joins EMPLOYERS from Nevada Energy where he provided critical IT management and leadership oversight in various positions. 

Betts brings to EMPLOYERS a deep knowledge, skills and leadership in the areas of telecommunications, systems engineering, data center management, and IT infrastructure. In his new role with EMPLOYERS, Betts works closely with senior management to develop, integrate and implement technologies that support operational and strategic goals.
