EmployBridge Names Hugo Malan President, Chief Operating Officer for Commercial Division

ATLANTA, Dec. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EmployBridge today announced that Hugo Malan has joined the company's senior management team as President for its portfolio of industry leading commercial brands – ProLogistix, ResourceMFG, Select and ProDrivers. Mr. Malan most recently served as EVP & President of Talent and Technology Solutions for CDI Corporation, an industry leader in delivering engineering and technology solutions and recruitment and staffing services.

Hugo Malan:  Prior to CDI, Mr. Malan worked at Sears Holdings in a variety of roles, initially as President of the Sports & Fitness Business, and later also as President of the Toys Business. While at Sears Holdings, Mr. Malan also served on the boards of the Sports & Fitness Industry Association, and the Toys Industry Association. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers, where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Strategy, and he later moved as Managing Director to Barclays Capital [in a similar role].  Prior to that he worked at McKinsey & Company, and before that, at Los Alamos National Labs.  After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Stellenbosch, near Cape Town, he attended graduate school in England, completing a Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
