Joseph Cellura, Chairman and Managing Director of EFGU, is pleased to announce a series of significant changes in the company beginning with the change of name to better reflect the business of the company and the appointment of a new, experienced and talented management team.
At year-end, a special annual meeting of three (3) shareholders who collectively own and control greater than 52% of issued and outstanding common shares of EFGU convened a special meeting to establish a series of significant changes that will be filed with the SEC in an S1 registration on or before March 30, 2015.
