Emission & Power Solutions Completes First Round of Financing

LONDON, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Emission & Power Solutions, Plc (Frankfurt Exchange Ticker Symbol: EPI), a clean tech company that licenses, acquires, develops, deploys, and transfers technologies dedicated to improving fuel economy while also reducing environmentally harmful exhaust emissions, announced today that the Company has closed the initial tranche of its institutional Private Placement Offering.  The lead investors in the round were UBS (Union Bank of Switzerland) and Carmignac Gestion, a leading closely held French asset manager. These investors join previous lead investors Bank Julius Baer and Italy's Anima Funds in adding the Company to their portfolios.
