FALMOUTH, Maine, June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, EMG3, a wholly owned subsidiary of TideSmart Global, a leading experiential marketing and media firm, announced it closed its acquisition of Florida-based Phantom Shopper, LLC, a hospitality-consulting group dedicated to providing accurate and real-time business intelligence information for the service industry worldwide.
