sTec Inc. Research Report
On June 24, 2013, sTec, Inc. (sTec) and Western Digital Corporation (Western Digital) announced that they have signed a definitive merger agreement under which sTec will be acquired by HGST, a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Digital, for c.$340 million in cash (equal to $6.85 per share).
