Emerging Media's Subsidiary, Men's Medical Corporation, Secures Funding Commitment for Second Clinic in 30 Clinic Agreement
Men's Medical to expand ED line to increase market share
ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Emerging Media Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EMDH) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Men's Medical Corporation, Inc. has secured a funding commitment to open an Erectile Dysfunction (ED) clinic for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania market. Men's Medical has an agreement with eMedical Hub, Inc. to arrange funding for thirty ED clinics across the U.S. over the next three years.
The first clinic that Men's Medical secured funding for as part of this agreement was for the Ft. Lauderdale, FL market. Men's Medical will operate and own the controlling interest in the thirty clinics to be opened as part of the agreement. States targeted for clinic funding include Ohio, California, North Carolina, Texas, Nevada, New York and Massachusetts.
In other news, Men's Medical intends to implement an expanded product and service platform in the upcoming clinics, which the Company believes will result in increased sales and profits. The expanded product platform will include a variety of FDA approved ED treatment options. The expanded service platform will encompass an array of diagnostic tests that will improve patient treatment plans.
