Embark to Hire New Vice President of Consulting, Clancy Fossum

Experienced public accounting Senior Manager Clancy Fossum, CPA to head up Embark's accounting consulting practice

DALLAS, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Clancy Fossum, CPA, formerly an experienced Senior Manager with Deloitte in Dallas and Austin's audit practices, is joining Embark as the new Vice President of Consulting. Clancy has extensive experience in internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley, SEC reporting, transactions including debt offerings and IPO's, and technical accounting. He also has industry accounting experience outside of Deloitte.

At Embark, Clancy will provide leadership to our current team, add a tremendous amount of accounting knowledge and experience to our clients, and be an integral part of the aggressive growth Embark has planned. His focus areas will be our five main lines of business: Controls, Continuity, Transactions, Systems, and Cleanup.

Clancy earned his BS and MS in Accounting, and was a pitcher for the Texas Tech Red Raiders after transferring over from Texas A&M's baseball program. He and his wife Jenna, a very accomplished volleyball player at Texas A&M, currently live in Trophy Club, Texas with their four awesome kids.
