Embark Acquires New Admissions Clients From DecisionDesk
NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Embark, the leading global provider of admissions software, announced today it has onboarded a wave of new clients from DecisionDesk, which is exiting the admissions software space. DecisionDesk selected Embark as its strategic partner after a competitive evaluation of more than a dozen companies.
Sarita James, CEO of Embark said, "We have been delighted to welcome DecisionDesk clients into the Embark community. It's been an exciting milestone, and I've appreciated the efforts of Michael Turbé, Embark's Engineering Lead, and Devyn Gardner and the entire Client Team in working closely with DecisionDesk and their clients."
Christopher Sheppard, CEO of DecisionDesk said, "We are pleased we could offer this soft landing for former DecisionDesk clients. We selected Embark's Campus platform for its modern, user-friendly interface and feature-rich offering. I've heard positive feedback from clients on their experiences with Embark."
The two companies partnered together on the smooth transition of a diverse set of DecisionDesk clients. These include a number of state institutions as well as high profile music conservatories and competitions, such as Placido Domingo's Operalia and the Edvard Grieg Piano Competition. The first 22 clients have already been taken live on Embark with more launches scheduled for late 2017 and early 2018.
