eMax Worldwide Inc. changes name to TRADE International Corp and restructures the company.
ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- eMax Worldwide, Inc. (OTC:Pink: EMXC), announces the company's Board of Directors has unanimously voted and the majority controlling shareholders has voted to 1) change the company's name to TRADE International Corp., 2) reverse the common stock one thousand to one, 3) register for a new CUSIP number with Standards and Poor and 4) apply for a new Ticker symbol with FINRA. The company is currently preparing all necessary filings to the State and Federal agencies to announce the following changes. The company has set the effective record date for the reverse of its common stock as of February 15, 2013. As of the date February 15, 2013 the current outstanding and issued common shares of 4,035,515,418 will be reversed to 4,035,515, shares. eMax Worldwide has successfully completed all of its requirements relating to the filing of the company's name and symbol change with FINRA. The company fully expects the name; TRADE International Corp. and the new symbol change to be approved. It is anticipated that the change will take effect early into the 1st quarter of 2013.
