WAKEFIELD, Mass., July 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eliassen Group, a national consulting services and staffing firm, today announced that the company has been selected to receive more than $160,000 in grant funds from the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program. These funds enable companies in Massachusetts to provide job specific, skills based training to their employees for the purpose of professional growth that assists with the creation of new jobs and expanded roles within their respective functions. Eliassen Group will utilize this awarded grant in order to deliver sales training, leadership development and management training, as well as customer service training, to its workforce over the next 24 months.

The company plans to begin with the sales and leadership training programs initially with an objective of immediate impact for its revenue producers and leadership team. From there, they will engage their customer service and recruiting teams with programs that are specifically geared towards these roles.
