"Diary," the first single from ELEVENTH RECORDS, is a canny combination of exhilarating pop, slamming beats and lyrical drama that was mixed by Grammy winner Manny Marroquin (Usher, Alicia Keys). The song has debuted at #42 on the Billboard "Hot Dance Club Songs" chart.
Just one month after its commercial release, "Diary" has sold nearly 10,000 units, and the Pittsburgh-bred, L.A.-based artist has been performing the song at various radio-sponsored shows around the country. These include: Mix 96.1's MixFest in San Antonio and Cleveland's 96.5 KISS' "American Rib Cook-off & Music Festival" as well as a performance at an exclusive listening event for 97.5 Now FM in Lansing, MI. TINO has also been confirmed for the Corpus Christi, TX station KZFM show June 20; the Miami station Y100 show July 2; the West Palm Beach station WLDI show July 4; and the New Haven, CT station WKCI show July 12. Additional shows will be announced shortly.
COURY is the first artist signed to indie label Eleventh Records--distributed through Universal's Fontana--and will release his debut album later in the year.
Shot in Los Angeles, the video for "Diary" was directed by the esteemed director Roman White, who has created videos for the biggest names in music today such as Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson and Justin Bieber. The video premiered on Yahoo! Music and received over 37,000 hits, debuting at #15 in the first week alone. The official video has also had over 150,000 YouTube views.
