ROCKLEDGE, Fla., Dec. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Elev8 Brands, Inc. (formerly PLAD, Inc.) (OTC Pink: PLAD) a company that plans to bring to market a new premium hemp seed coffee blend, hemp water products and supplements that will focus on the health and fitness markets, announces it has negotiated with a large shareholder to retire shares and has sent in all the documentation needed to retire One Hundred Million (100,000,000) shares of its common stock, $.00001 par value per share.
The Company is awaiting effectiveness of its name and symbol change so that it will also be known as Elev8 Brands, Inc. (OTC.PK: VATE), with FINRA and the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is pending FINRA approval. The Company's management team has been focusing all of its efforts on cleaning up the Company's share structure as well as its name and symbol change. Once the name change takes effect the Company will start updating the investment community much more frequently.
