Element Environmental, LLC / ECC Team Awarded $20 Million Remediation Contract with the NAVFAC Pacific
BURLINGAME, Calif., May 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Element Environmental, LLC (E2), an 8(a) small disadvantaged business, was awarded a 3-year, $20 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Remedial Action Operations (RAO)/Long-Term Maintenance (LTM) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) from the NAVFAC Pacific. ECC, a key teaming partner, is supporting E2 with environmental remediation services, as well as committed and experienced reach-back resources on the contract.
The E2 team will provide long-term monitoring and management of environmental restoration sites located in NAVFAC Pacific's area of responsibility, including Hawaii and Guam. Sites include those on the Superfund National Priorities list; and regulated under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); as well as underground storage tank sites, among others.
