Jim McGowan, Steve Holodak, Bill Tyson and Cynthea Ryder join global AI leader

Under the leadership of CEO Edward Scott, ElectrifAi has successfully transformed into a machine learning products company with a suite of practical products that drive performance and profit improvement as well as risk reduction across a large base of enterprise and government customers. These four new additions to the team join two recent C-suite hires as the company continues to pull in top talent to help meet demand from Fortune 500 clients in key industries such as Healthcare, Government, Telecommunications, Retail, Financial Services and Insurance.
The new ElectrifAi team members include:
- Jim McGowan, SVP cloud partners - Jim will be responsible for managing all cloud platform relationships including Google Cloud Partner, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Databricks. Formerly, Jim was the CTO of Broker Genius, VP of engineering and innovation at Peeractive and held various leadership positions at Bell Labs. Jim joins ElectrifAi with over 20 years of experience driving new technologies to market.
- Steve Holodak, SVP healthcare client strategy and sales - Steve will draw on his accomplished career as a senior information technology executive with extensive experience across multiple industries and technology ecosystems. Formerly VP of data, architecture and services for CVS, Steve will be responsible for driving healthcare client strategy and sales for ElectrifAi in the US.
- Bill Tyson, SVP and SME insurance - Bill brings a 30-year track record of building and managing multi-channel, multi-line insurance businesses using a variety of distribution models, technology platforms and data-driven marketing. In his new position as senior vice president and subject matter expert covering insurance, Bill will lead sales growth for the business in the sector.
- Cynthea Ryder, VP of customer success - Cynthea will be responsible for creating effortless digital experiences that drive positive business outcomes and simplify customer activities for new and existing customers. Cynthea comes to ElectrifAi from ADP where she led product management for health compliance and shared services.
