Electric Republic Strengthens Management Business by Launching Sports Management Division

ATLANTA, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Republic, an entertainment and management company formed in 2008, announced Tuesday they are launching their sports management division, Electric Republic Sports. The newly added division will be led by entertainment entrepreneur Jacob York and sports management veteran Walden Davis. Electric Republic Sports also announced they have partnered with 5^th Down Management to co-manage their first client, former Ohio State running back and newly signed Dallas Cowboy Ezekiel Elliott.

Electric Republic Sports and 5^th Down Management have combined resources to provide the ultimate experience for their newly signed athlete. The Dallas Cowboys selected Elliott at No. 4 in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft. There have only been six running backs since 2006 to be drafted in the top 10. Elliott is the first running back picked in the top five since Trent Richardson went No. 3 overall in 2012.
