Appointments for three-year terms were received by Ellen M. Cosgrove, Associate Dean and Dean of Students at Harvard Law School; William P. Frank of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Edward F. Greene of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP; Mei Lin Kwan-Gett of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP; Carmen Lawrence of King & Spalding; Lance Liebman, the William S. Beinecke Professor of Law at Columbia Law School; Angela M. Mazzarelli, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, First Department; Sidney H. Stein, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York; and Gregory C. Swinehart, a National Service Area Leader, Analytics, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.
The Trustees elected long-time Trustees Kathryn Wriston and David Balabanian to become Trustees Emeriti. Also elected were Troy McKenzie, Professor at New York University Law School, to take Ms. Wriston's place for a two-year term; and Adrian Dollard, a graduate of Duke University School of Law and the founder of San Francisco investment bank Qatalyst, to replace Balabanian for a two-year term.
The Trustees also re-elected the Board's current Officers for another year, including William P. Frank, Chair of the Board and Samuel W. Seymour, Chair of the Executive Committee; along with PLI employees Victor J. Rubino, President; Sandra R. Geller, Executive Vice President; Anita C. Shapiro, Executive Vice President; Frank DeVivo, Treasurer and CFO; William C. Cubberley, Vice President; and Eileen C. Shapiro, Secretary.
