Eleanor Miles Couch is recognized by Continental Who's Who

HOUSTON, Sept. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Eleanor Miles Couch is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of her contributions to the Real Estate field.       

Couch's professional title is Managing Director at Portfolio Management Services, which specializes in financial assistance, affordable housing, residential services and property management. She brings over five years of career experience, as well as extensive expertise in real estate development and business development, to her role.

(PRS) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization improving the lives of families/individuals/seniors who reside at affordable (low to moderate income) apartment communities," the nonprofit's website states. Prior to joining the team at Portfolio Management Services, Couch served in a variety of related positions, including: Assistant Account Executive at imc2 Health and Wellness; Digital Media Planner at Temerlin McClain and Owner/Real Estate Consultant/Salesperson at GroundStone, LLC/T.I.F. Management Corp., where she still works in addition to her role at Portfolio Management Services.

In her role, Couch "currently oversees 72 affordable housing properties in the DFW and Austin metro in Texas, as well as in the New Mexico and Colorado areas," she said.

Couch earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services and Sociology from Southern Methodist University. She then completed a degree in Sociology, Communications and Dance from Centre College, holds a Certification in Nonprofit Management and Negotiation from T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute and a Texas Real Estate License.

To further her professional development, Couch is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, she volunteers her time to MD Anderson and supports the Genesis Women's Shelter. She also enjoys art and travel.
