Elder Health Clinic Named a Mutual of America 2014 Community Partnership Award Winner

NEW YORK, Nov. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mutual of America announced today that Elder Health Clinic was named a Merit Finalist in the 2014 Community Partnership Award competition.

The VNA Care Network & Hospice (VNA) is one of the oldest and largest providers of home health and hospice care for patients and families throughout eastern and central Massachusetts. One of their most successful outreach programs is Elder Health Clinic, which helps older adults stay independent and healthy by providing health care and wellness programs that focus on prevention, detection, education and follow-up.

VNA partners with 45 organizations to provide seniors a safe, comfortable and convenient environment to discuss their physical, emotional and psychosocial concerns. Last year, 2,000 individuals participated in the program.
