"It's an honor for the company to be recognized for our content library, because it's an accomplishment for everyone in the company," says Kathy Irish, Director of Operations. "When we plan our content for the year, we ask everyone in the company for their input. Getting feedback from all departments helps us identify gaps in our content and also helps us create new topics our writing team may not have considered. We also have an incredible creative team that can take a topic and turn it into something with an unexpected design and fresh point of view."

ej4 also relies on client feedback to drive their content creation process. "Our success comes from incorporating regular feedback from our employees and customers to help guide us through the content creation process," says Irish. "We keep our content creation process agile in order to respond to client requests. Irish also explained that much of ej4's content is meant to embrace multiple points of view through courses designed specifically for managers and others specifically for employees.

In 2019, ej4 plans to launch new sales training and safety content, along with brand new, fresh topics including networking, repairing your reputation, developing emergency action plans, and more.
