JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Enough Is Enough (EIE) President Donna Rice Hughes educated federal, state and local law enforcement investigators, forensic experts and prosecutors to prevent the online exploitation of children at the 2010 Internet Crimes Against Children National Conference.
"We developed the Internet Safety 101 program to educate, equip and empower parents, educators and law enforcement to protect children from pornography, predators, cyberbullies and to keep kids safe on social networking sites, gaming and mobile devices," commented Rice Hughes. "Our nation's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force officers face the dual challenge of catching the bad guys while also providing public education to prevent Internet-initiated crimes against children, so we are pleased to be able to provide this resource to help them fulfill their public education requirement."
Each year, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) National Conference brings hundreds of law enforcement investigators, prosecutors and federal employees together to participate in workshops and lectures to further knowledge and provide tools necessary to combat online exploitation of children.
